Georges St. Pierre has stated that he doesn't want to dominate just the welterweight division. Once he wins his title back (he still has to defeat Matt Serra) he plans on defending it, while moving up in weight and trying to win the middleweight title.
Once he accomplishes that, he plans on moving up again and winning the light heavyweight title. While it's no secret that GSP is one of the most athletic fighters in the UFC, his task will be an extremely challenging one. Although if anyone can do it, he can.
We're not sure if this is just some gab or if he really intends to accomplish this. Who even knows what the lay of the land may be by the time he tries to accomplish his feat? Depending on who the champs may be, he might be able to complete his quest.
Considering how he thoroughly destroyed the organizations greatest welterweight champion twice, it's tough to doubt GSP's abilities.
One thing is for sure, the heavyweight division could use a bit of excitement.
