Diego Sanchez stays at 170

Diego Sanchez has been flying under the radar since his back to back losses, his only 2 losses of his professional MMA career. Rumors had been circling that he would be jumping down to the 155 pound division. He is hoping to have his next opponent signed to fight by February and will stay in the welterweight division. Sanchez doesn't care who his next opponent is at this point.

While having 2 straight losses, they're not against taxi cab drivers. His first loss was to Josh Koshcheck in which the verbal jabs beforehand were more ferocious than the fight itself. His next loss was to probably the most unknown and underrated fighter in the UFC Jon Fitch, Koshcheck's training partner at the time.

'The Nightmare' has recently changed management teams and appears re-focused for another run in the welterweight division.
