Spike TV's UFC Fight Night 13 is starting to take shape with the addition of Spencer 'The King' Fisher (20-4) vs. Marcus Aurelio (15-5). The broadcast is scheduled to be the lead in for the 7th season of 'The Ultimate Fighter'. The fighters both agreed to the fight but it won't be signed until a venue is definite for the event.
Fisher is coming off a disappointing loss to UFC lightweight phenom Frankie Edgar. The wrestling standout from Jersey easily dismantled 'The King' with his takedown ability. Five months prior though, Fisher won an unbelievably exciting grudge match against Sam Stout.
Aurelio most recently lost to cardio machine Clay Guida. It was Aurelio's UFC debut and Guida made him look lackluster by dominating all three rounds. It was controversial as the judges scored it a split decision in Guida's favor but that's been happening to Guida when it goes the distance.
Both fighters are looking to get back on the winning track in what should be a televised bout. Whatever the outcome, Fisher is never in a boring fight so buckle up for this one.
